Today we lost our beautiful Storm.
She has been a devoted, loyal, loving part of our family for 13 years and to say we are heart broken doesn't seem enough.
We can't imagine our lives and home without her.
She is in our hearts forever.

My heart goes out to you. We've lost two in the past few years and I still tear up when I think of them. They were such loyal friends and asked almost nothing but a pat on the head and a bowl of food.
When you think of Storm's life (in the words of wise Dr. Seuss) "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."

Awww....((hugs for you)) Val. I'm so sorry. What a heartbreak. Storm looks such a beautiful dog in the photos. I know when we lost our Great Dane, I cried for days and held my own little funeral for him. They are real and a part of our lives and bereavement is just the same as if we lost a loved one. I do hope that the photos you have of him will bring comfort as you come to scrap them. ~Glen~
